In Kazakhstan time of great spring sowing in the northern regions of the country is approaching. As always, this sowing, and then fall harvest grain, determines the food balance of the republic and its food security. A very short period of time has passed, and time has shown that the agricultural direction has been chosen correctly, and financial resources invested in this sector, are beginning to yield results. Everything is good, but then wehad a record harvest that knocked down all the rosy figures.
